Late Mr. A.K. Singh

Late Mr. Arvind Kumar Singh was a dynamic entrepreneur. He was a graduate in Administration & Human Resources with an experience of 10+ years in Marketing, before he founded The Radius Group. Mr. A.K. Singh was a compassionate and an extraordinary leader who believed in building not just professional but also a personal connection with clients and his co-workers. His self-effacing nature helped RSPL in building a positive and long-term affinity with leading real estate organizations.

Before his sad demise in 2015, he served as a Director to Radius with Administration, Human Resource, Finance & Accounts being his core areas of expertise. A far-sighted leader – Mr. A.K. Singh was a role model for his company and his family. He had  cultivated a culture of entrepreneurial courage and tech innovation, using state of art technologies in his younger brothers. His perceptive guidance has steered the path of Radius group towards success, since its establishment.

Mr. H.S. Singh

Mr. H.S. Singh is the founder and technology evangelist for The Radius Group – inspiring each team member with his incredible zeal and extensive knowledge.

Before establishing the company in 1998, Mr. H.S. Singh built his foundations in the industry in domains like customer support.

Alongside his brother Late Mr. A.K. Singh – he envisioned a dream of making solutions for needs that were unidentified. A true visionary, Mr. H.S. Singh has transformed the way organizations and consumers measure and manage the way they consume energy.

Mr H.S. Singh believes in experimenting and improving every day with a lot more enthusiasm than yesterday. Under his leadership, the Radius group has witnessed extraordinary growth and recognition in the areas of IoT/M2M, automation, infrastructure, energy and fibre communication. Mr. H.S. Singh also holds global patents for neutral access fibre to the home.

A transformational thought leader with extreme patience,  exemplary innovation acumen and unstoppable determination, Mr H.S. Singh remains a model of inspiration for the organization and the industry.

Rajnish Singh

Mr. Rajnish Kumar Singh, CA, is a valuable advisory counsel for the Radius Group and also the managing partner of Rajnish Singh & Co. He is a First-Class Graduate in Commerce, Fellow Member of ICAI, Registered Valuer, Anti Money Laundering Specialist (ICAI) and is ISA (Information System Auditor) qualified.

Mr. Singh’s areas of expertise span Valuation, Accounting, Taxation, Legal Compliance and Statutory Compliance, amongst others.

Mr. Rajnish has been a passionate advocate for balancing professionalism, values and accountability in business, and leads by example by upholding the highest standards in each area. By flawlessly executing the responsibilities endowed upon him, he is taking the Radius journey forward with exemplary commitment

Dr. Bharat Bhushan

Seeker, learner and leader, Dr. Bharat Bhushan is Executive Director at Radius Synergies. With decades of industry experience in strategic management, technology innovation, outsourcing, and software engineering across multinationals and start-ups globally, Dr. Bhushan is an inspirational mastermind and visionary compass not just for Radius, but the industry at large.

In addition to his role in bolstering business expansion across India and internationally, Dr. Bhushan shines in designing smart solutions for real-time monitoring and control. His profound comprehension of cutting-edge technologies and their potential for driving transformational solutions enhances his impact across the value cycle : Product planning, development and integration for state-of-the-art cloud hosted products and services.

Dr. Bharat holds a Masters in Physics, Masters in Computer Science, Masters in Operations Management and Ph.D in Strategic Management.

With an intent of empowering young minds, Dr. Bharat is also a visiting professor and regular speaker at various B-Schools and forums.

Pallavi Misra​

A sharp strategist, operations veteran and people’s leader – Ms. Pallavi has successfully steered the Radius ship towards profitable directions while balancing the larger organizational vision, philosophy and long term goals.

Her strengths in market driven strategy, cost-intelligent planning and opportunity conversion have proven instrumental in crisis management and driving organizational success.

A key presence in the core company leadership, Ms Pallavi holds a Masters Degree in Computer Application and is an executive alumna of the esteemed Indian Institute of Management Lucknow(IIM-L).

Ms Pallavi’s positive exuberance, dynamic approach and diversified experience-set across the landscapes of management, administration, operations and legals adds depth and vibrancy to her influence.

Abhinav Vashishth

Mr. Abhinav Vashishth, Vice President at Radius Synergies, is a distinguished and dynamic leader with over 15+ years of expertise in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic Management. His visionary approach, combined with his astute business acumen, has earned him a reputation as an industry pioneer.

He is an executive alumnus of the esteemed Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow(IIM-L), holding a BTech in Electronics and Communication and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Development. Prior to joining Radius Synergies, he held key leadership positions in multinational brands, where he excelled in spearheading revenue growth and territory expansion in the Indian region and international markets. In addition, he is an expert in analyzing market trends and has led brands from the ground up. At Radius Synergies, he leverages his extensive experience and expertise to spearhead the company’s sales and marketing initiatives, foster strategic partnerships, and drive overall business operations.

Sushil Kumar

Mr. Sushil Kumar has been a part of the Radius group since 2006. From site manager to leading the Operations and Management department in individual capacity – his stellar evolution is nothing short of an inspiration to peers.  

An outstanding team leader adept at handling multiple responsibilities, Mr. Sushil has contributed across-the-board for Radius: Building client relationships, successful executions and impressive team management.  

Mr. Sushil remains closely involved in the growth and development arc of products and solutions at Radius – right from ideation all the way to execution. His unwavering dedication to excellence remains an asset for the organization.

Vinod Karnatak

Mr. Vinod Kumar Karnatak has been associated with Radius Synergies International since November 2012. He is presently an integral part of the Product Development (R&D) team.

Mr. Kumar carries years of rich experience in Design & Development of microprocessors and microcontroller-based Embedded Systems in the field of Smart Metering solutions such as prepaid metering, IBMS and Utility segment using IOT/M2M. He harbours a special relish for cross functional team interaction.

Mr. Kumar has completed his Masters in Computer Application from Birla Institute of Applied Sciences.

Before Radius, Mr. Karnatak was involved in designing Ground Testing equipment of various makes of Fighter Planes (Mig, Mirage2000, etc). He is well versed in new product ecosystems in the electricity domain, with deep comprehension in analysing and designing new products around it.

Rahul Singh

Mr. Rahul Singh joined the Radius Group in 2012 following his graduation in Technology. His association with the company has witnessed tremendous growth in the software arena. Mr. Singh’s expertise lies in Software Architecture, Java, PHP, Python and Linux. A firm believer in relentless innovation, Mr. Rahul brings his insights and zeal to consistently outperform expectations and script milestones for the team.

Mr. Singh leads the software team with brilliant ideations and an innovative outlook towards challenges. His unending enthusiasm to explore new horizons and dimensions in technology and new-age solutions has immensely contributed to the growth of the organization.

Mohit Goyal

Mr. Mohit Goyal, Head of the Utility Department at Radius Synergies International, is an accomplished professional with years of mission critical experience in the power sector. His profile is distinguished with valuable contributions in domains such as Business Development, Project Management, Sales and Customer Relationship Management.

Mr Goyal’s palette of impact straddles a broad spectrum of products and software, including Smart Meters, AMR (Automatic Meter Reading), DCU (Data Concentrator Units), FRTU (Feeder Remote Terminal Units), HES (Head End Systems), and MDM (Meter Data Management). This lends him a comprehensive understanding of the field’s complexities.

At Radius Synergies, Mr. Goyal is leading the Business Development team and developing business strategies for a variety of advanced projects. These include AMR, AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure), HES, MDM, and Smart Metering initiatives.

Mr Goyal’s sustained focus in delivering end-to-end solutions and excellence for AMI projects continues to be a key factor in the company’s success story.

Mayank Gupta

Mr. Mayank Gupta joined The Radius Group in 2009. He has since been consistently distinguishing himself by generating exemplary results and impact. Before joining Radius, Mr. Gupta was an integral part of winning teams at Airtel and Ericsson, handling project operations amongst other responsibilities.

Mr. Mayank is essentially involved in field expertise, business prospecting, client interactions and project management. His attention to detail, robust work ethics and commitment to excellence is appreciated and admired by co-workers and clients alike.

Vankatesh Mukund Tewari

Mr. Vankatesh Mukund Tewari has been associated with Radius since February 2013, presently an integral part of the R&D team. Mr. Vankatesh has a rich experience of 21+ years in Design & Development of microprocessor based Embedded Systems. He has previously worked with IAF for Data capturing and analysis software of Flight Data Recorders (Blackbox) for fighter aircrafts MIG-27, MIRAGE-2000, MIG-21(BISON), and transport aircraft AN-32.

He is proficient in understanding the broad customer needs and design solutions as per user requirement. His experience in designing Data Logger for various communication devices and has experience in manufacturing electronic products has proven to be impactful for the organisation. Mr. Vankatesh Mukund Tewari has a Masters in Computer Applications(MCA) from Birla Institute of Applied Sciences, 2000 and M.Sc.(Mathematics) from Rohilkhand University in 1996.
